1. System Overview

Aspov is built by engineers, for engineers. We have zero interest in selling your personal data to third-party ad networks, data brokers, or shadowy analytics firms. Our primary directive is delivering high signal-to-noise technical analysis.

2. Data Collection (Telemetry)

When you interface with the Aspov engine, we collect minimal telemetry required to keep the system operational:

• Subscription Data: If you initialize a subscription, we store your email address strictly for routing the weekly signal.
• Analytics: We use privacy-respecting, cookieless analytics to monitor server load, broken links, and general traffic flows. We do not track you across the internet.

3. Third-Party Integrations

Our backend processing relies on third-party APIs (such as OpenAI/DeepSeek for natural language processing and MySQL for data storage). However, user data (like your email) is never passed through these intelligence models.

4. Your Rights to Deletion

If you wish to purge your record from our database, simply click the "Unsubscribe" link at the bottom of any transmission, or open a channel via our Contact Protocol requesting a hard delete.
